As an utterly satisfied user of Zendrop - Dropshipping & POD, I can confidently say that this platform has revolutionized my e-commerce business. From the moment I integrated Zendrop with my Shopify store, I was impressed by its user-friendly interface and comprehensive features.
The automated fulfillment service has been a game-changer for my daily operations. Once an order comes in, Zendrop takes care of everything - from processing to shipping and branding - without any intervention on my part. It has freed up countless hours, allowing me to focus on growing my business and marketing .
The customer support team at Zendrop deserves special mention. Available 24/7, they've been incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I've had questions or encountered issues. The support staff are knowledgeable and always provide effective solutions quickly with great empathy and attitude.

So far so good. My only issues with Zendrop are that some products don't come all the variations you'd find on a competitor's site or on AliExpress; and at times they can be a little too pricey to get high profit margins, so you might have to either move onto another product or compromise.
It would be nice if on the Review & Publish section, I could edit the Variant Option names like Color, Size, add Compare At prices to each product variant, and upload my own images.
Oh, and if you're looking to request a product via AliExpress link, just to be aware, they do say no a lot. But other than that my experience with Zendrop so far has been great!
Update: Got my first order but it took about a week for it to get processed and shipped out. Customer service was very helpful. They went out of their way to update me on my order status and answered all my questions, and now it has been officially shipped.
One star off for the processing time taking so long but one star back on for their support team's excellent service.

I love Zendrop, especially for its automation and product quality. Take the time to understand the platform thoroughly. The customer service typically responds within 24 hours, but it may take a bit longer over the weekends. Make sure to set yourself up for success!
Very helpfull stuff. Big selection of products and option to find new products and it actually works. I found a product I want to sell, requested it and the next day it was ready to sell.

I would recommend Zendrop to anyone doing dropshipping, based on customer service, thus far. I felt compelled to say they have a very helpful customer service team, and I want to specifically highlight, Khubaib Khan. He demonstrated extreme patience and care with me, a very technologically deficient individual. He spent the time and walked me through every step of the way in setting up and linking Zendrop to my AI-generated Shopify store. He spent hours doing so with me, understood that I was at the beginning of the learning curve, and did not get impatient with me at all. Believe me, I got his undivided attention during the process. God bless him and his family!
I have not yet actually started adding any products from Zendrop to my Shopify store, but once I have started fully utilizing the service, I will be sure to return with another review!

I’m new to dropshipping and Zendrop is the only supplier I’m currently using for my shop. Jo from customer service was very helpful in resolving my queries regarding the first orders I received. She also sent through relevant reading material that will help me in the future, if I have similar order processing issues. Jo responded within 15 minutes after submitting my questions in the Zendrop chat app, as the bot could not resolve. Not sure if Zendrop customer service always respond that fast but good to know that it's possible to resolve any issues quickly.

Great communication with support. They got back to me quickly with a direct answer to my question. Very helpful. Good service.
Their support is of top tier. Even though in the beginning it might be a bit expensive to get their full plan, it is worth it. Also, they might charge a bit higher for the products but they will take good care of shipping any parcel on time and in good condition.
