Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

I'm still using the free version of the app so I have not unlocked all the perks yet. So far, I like the fact that it's easy to navigate, and they have a lot of resources to help store owners boost their businesses.
I gave 4 stars because shipping is a little high per product in my opinion but it seems to be worth it when you compare the time to Ali Express' shipping time. I haven't used the app for long, so I'll stop here and review more later.

its great I would recommend to people on shopify as it is easy to use and to navigate. Zendrop is a great app

Just starting on building my first ecom store utilizing ZenDrop. There's a good selection of vetted items across many different types of industries available, but you'll need the higher-tiered plan to avail of the trending products which account for a bit, a I believe. I also wish there was an easier way to split variants. You have to save the photos and create the product in Shopify. Otherwise, it's an easy platform to navigate and although you have to be careful to read descriptions on products because at times you may occassionally run into issues common with Alibaba/Aliexpress, such as variants pictured but not available, or not all product specifics provided (how something charges, photos of all angles of the products, dimensions for all but one variant, etc.) Despite all that, I'd still choose ZenDrop over other fulfillment services simply because they vet manufacturers, products and shipping times. Easily import products from Aliexpress, so long as you do your own research to ensure the shipping times and quality are there yourself.

Products are a bit expensive but the customer service is good, Rick is very committed to help !

Initially, we had a bad experience with Zendrop, however, they went above and beyond to compensate us. The app is exceptional in the sense that it has a wide variety of quality products and integrates seamlessly with our website. However, the only downside to Zendrop is the shipping times to Australia with some of the suppliers (not all) choosing very poorly rated couriers within Australia. If they solve this issue (partner with more reliable couriers within Australia), this would be the perfect dropshipping platform, however, until then I give it a humble 4 stars.
