Customer Service has been top notch. From quickly sourcing products to fantastic customer service, I have enjoyed setting up my store so far with their products. Overall it's a pretty easy-to-use app, I'm excited to see how the process works once I get up and running. I know they are highly recommend by many dropshipping folks and am happy to join them in saying you won't regret it.

very professional customer support, just that some products arent available when i sent a product request, but if you guys can fix that then everything else is perfect! and maybe the speed on the product requests can use some work too since ive had requests take like 5 days to return. but overall a good experience just the speed and product availabilty needs work.

Ian was a great help with my Zendrop account, I accidently purchased a pro plan and wanted a refund but instead I was offered 2 months free which I took more than happily. Will continue using Zendrop!

Zendrop is what you need if you are looking for getting your fulfillment handles professionally, and to make it even better they have one of the best costumer service, I just had Cyril helped me out to figure out how to get access to my pre built store, and she helped me to figure it out fast and easy.. recommend them to everyone
