Zendrop seamlessly fulfills my orders directly from my shopify store, on several occasions when Ive needed assistance mostly learning to set up my domain, or checking on orders, or even refunding customer service is always efficient effective and goes above and beyond to help me.

Zendrop! What can I say. The website is reasonably simple to use and navigate. Customization can be tricky unless you go through all the training videos. HOWEVER the customer service via chat is one of the best i have experienced. I recently opened a Shopify store and had the need to contact Zendrop 3 times. Every single time the customer service representatives were patient and understanding and most importantly resolved my issues quickly. I never waited more than a minute to get redirected from the BOT to the Live person. I highly recommend Zendrop for its products and its amazing customer service. Thank You.

I honestly don't think i'll ever use a different supplier than Zendrop. The customer service is always quick and straight to the point. Everytime I need help, the support team is always so quick to investigate my exact issue. As a beginner in e-commerce, Zendrop is easily the most user-friendly supplier platform there is.

Vast selection of products, EXCELLENT customer service! I've had to contact them on a few different problems and they have always been prompt and courteous! Best of all they've always been able to fix my problems! By far the best Dropsipping app that I've used thus far!

Good customer service and easy to use. Well organised and once an order comes in everything is done by Zendrop to get it to the customer. I would recommend however it is on the pricier side and in order to get custom packaging you need to already be selling a lot so may not be as friendly for brand new businesses.

Been using for around 30 days now and can say this is the best Dropshipping service I've used so far. Absolutely love the import feature and the support team is ace every single time.
