I started using Zendrop in May 2024 when I set up my Shopify store, opting for the $79/month plan based on Shopify’s recommendation. As a newcomer to dropshipping, it took a few months to get my store running smoothly, but once I started making sales, I quickly encountered issues with Zendrop.
Unfortunately, Zendrop frequently dropped the ball on orders. They would process an order, only to notify me days later that the product was out of stock. On one occasion, they informed me—after several days—that an item couldn’t be shipped to a U.S. address. I also encountered products with incorrect descriptions or images, and even fake products that violated patent laws. The lack of proper size charts and unclear color variant labeling, such as "4456" or "style 1," added to the confusion.
One of the most frustrating experiences was when Zendrop charged me more than the listed price for a product. After confirming the original price on their site, I contacted customer service, only to be put on hold for 30 minutes. I was eventually told the price had changed, and they refused to honor the price that was currently listed.
These issues, while seemingly small, compounded over time and negatively impacted my business and my customers' experiences. I’m disappointed with Zendrop and their lack of reliability so for my business I will be looking for a different drop shipping vender.

Our experience with Zendrop has been extremely disappointing and has negatively impacted our small business. While they do offer refunds when we need to refund our customers (which is appreciated), this policy doesn’t make up for the sheer volume of issues we’ve faced. Here are the key problems:
Unhappy Customers: We've had a significant number of orders returned to sender due to Zendrop's inability to meet proper delivery deadlines. This has resulted in us having to refund nearly a third of our orders.
Incompetent Support: Their customer service is incompetent most of the time and takes forever to respond to concerns. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, we’re often left waiting with no real answers.
Sudden Price Increases: We've experienced sudden and unexplained increases in product costs, making it difficult to maintain profit margins and serve our customers effectively.
Constant Refunds: While their refund policy is the one positive, it’s not a great feature when we have to rely on it constantly because they can’t fulfill orders properly.
Zendrop's selection, especially with U.S.-based suppliers, is extremely limited, which makes it difficult to find quality, competitive products for our customers. On top of this, their products are significantly overpriced, and the shipping costs are absurdly high in comparison with their competitors. The inflated prices and lack of variety make it nearly impossible to maintain profit margins or offer value to customers. For a platform that advertises convenience and quality, their offering falls far short of expectations.
Zendrop’s inability to handle fulfillment reliably has cost us not just money but also the trust of our customers. For small businesses like ours, every interaction matters, and unfortunately, Zendrop has failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a third-party fulfillment provider.
We cannot recommend Zendrop to other small business owners and are transitioning to a new supplier to avoid further damage to our brand.
This company is absolutely trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. They will set you up and charge you. Not send you any invoice or anything and by the time you see it, it will be too late for you to do anything about it.
If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice.
The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production.
To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous.
UPDATE 11/25
Third time this has happened. After 5 days, they only managed to fulfill about 5 out of 20 orders, and now, after all this time, they follow up to say the products are out of stock again! I wrote to Austin, and it’s been 4 days with no reply! Amazing management.

If you want to have very late shipments and angry customers, and also to be wrongfully and double charged for stuff, then this is the app for you.
It all seems easy and nice on the surface, with the well designed interface, and somewhat easy to link products to your store (when it works), but then it turns into a real mess very fast. More than half my orders took well over the 4 day window they promise (which is already very long). When this happens you will not be notified at all, there is no communication or updates. The customer service is always available but they give you generic cut and paste replies that will not actually solve the issues.
I do not understand how this company has a 4.8 rating? beware!

I subscribed to Zendrop's yearly service in January, paying $197, but I've never been able to use it. In June, I hired someone to start using Zendrop for dropshipping, but for months, the app was unable to facilitate dropshipping from Alibaba due to technical difficulties. Despite being patient and waiting for a resolution, Zendrop's issues persisted, making it impossible for me to use the service I paid for.
After months of being unable to utilize the platform, I requested a refund, which Zendrop refused to provide. I cannot justify paying $197 for a service that I was never able to use due to their technical problems. I'm now preparing to take legal action, as I believe it's unacceptable to pay for something and receive nothing in return

my zendrop can't not be used. who shall I refer to? I tried many ways can't use the ai. storebuilder. I tried uninstall the app and try to restore and reconnect. But it says Your account XXXgmail.com doesn't have permission to view this page. Try using a different account or going back to the Stores List page.then I follow the step and start another account but now it says Zendrop allows only one active store connection. It is too hard to use.
I started selling a product through Zendrop and invested heavily in advertising, only to find out later that it went out of stock without any notice. Zendrop's only 'solution' was to suggest a replacement item that didn’t even remotely match what I was originally selling. After all the time, effort, and money I had poured into promoting this product, Zendrop left me with no other option than to refund the customers – completely disregarding my advertising expenses and the financial loss on my end. This level of service is unacceptable. Zendrop should be supporting new sellers, not trapping them in situations where they end up bearing all the risk and cost alone. Absolutely disappointing!

I had the opportunity to try Zendrop, but as soon as I installed it, I was charged a fee directly before I even started using it. So I immediately deleted it and sent it back to CJ dropshipping. I think you should not use it at all. It is an application that has a small number of products and requires money for everything. Good thing we have CJ.
The attention I received from Zendrop is unfortunate, I have been waiting for an order for 16 days and their only response is patience, it will arrive, they are not responsible for anything because it is not their fault, the fault lies with the Chinese supplier, but If I pay Zendrop for the premium plan, what does China matter to me? I spoke with several employees, supervisors and they all gave me the same answer, the attention received was shameful, they made me waste time and money
