It cost me $20 to get started with Zendrop, and I can confidently say that it was $20 well spent. Whenever I have a question, there is always someone on the other end to promptly provide me with answers. In my experience, I have compared Zendrop with other platforms out there, and it is without a doubt the best when it comes to customer service support. They are extremely fast and efficient. While Zendrop offers great value, keep in mind that shipping discounts for multiple products in one order might be lower. However, their transparent billing system ensures you know what you’re paying for.

Zendrop is special.

I did a free course and decided to sign up for the plus service. Their branding and other features made it look to be of higher quality --- which my customers deserve! I'm looking forward to doing business.

Also, I reached out to customer service about a product that didn't have a good description, and the agent Cyril reached out to the supplier to have that information updated. That was ridiculously efficient! O_O

I had another problem, and it was fixed in no time. Zendrop is different than other companies. I like them. I especially like their Academy where I'm learning about how to run my business, their live video calls / teaching sessions, and their customer service is better than the rest. They're also extremely responsive when you have any problem or concern. I am enjoying doing business with them. I hope we can be profitable together.

They have lots of products and make importing products quite easy and straight forward. I have reached out multiple times and customer service is always helpful and extremely quick. Thank you very much Zendrop for helping a beginner dropshipper so much!

I appreciate the opportunity to provide feedback on my recent experience with Zendrop, which I've been utilizing for approximately one month. Overall, I find the platform to be excellent and have enjoyed using it.
However, I would like to offer some suggestions for potential improvements:
* Enhancement of Zendrop Academy:
I've observed that Zendrop Academy offers a limited number of lessons, which can be completed within a short span, often leaving users with no further engagement. Additionally, most of the content available in the academy is accessible on Zendrop's YouTube channel. Furthermore, the content of the live calls seems to follow a repetitive pattern, focusing primarily on the host's success story, the benefits of Zendrop, and addressing basic questions. While these sessions may serve as effective marketing strategies, I believe there is room for diversification and deeper exploration of topics to cater to varying levels of expertise and interests.
* Implementation of Ad Spy Functionality:
It is my suggestion that Zendrop considers establishing a partnership with an ad spy tool to integrate an ad spy feature directly into the platform. This addition would enable users to efficiently monitor advertisements and streamline the process of importing products into Zendrop. By providing users with the ability to view ads, analyze their performance metrics, and seamlessly import associated products within the Zendrop interface, this feature would greatly enhance the user experience and eliminate the need to navigate between multiple platforms for research and product sourcing.
These proposed enhancements aim to further optimize the utility and convenience of Zendrop, ultimately contributing to an even more seamless and productive user experience.

I would recommend this site to many starting entrepreneurs but it would be more helpful if there was instructions but I would say this is an amazing website to start with
