The customer service is impeccable, I had a very specific and complicated problem dealing with a huge amount of product variants that I was unable to sort through, because I was given no product image and the SKU code did not match up with the product, but the team specifically Cyril helped me through the problem and now the path is clear.

Shipping has not been the best so far. Customer service is decent, only downside is it is only through chat. The product selections are amazing though!

I've been using Zendrop for a few months and recently upgraded my account to begin my dropshipping journey. I love the platform, its very easy to nagivate and full of plenty resources. Zendrop is amazing at almost everything. High Profit Margins, Eye Catching Cool Images, Fast Shipping, The Customer Support is never seen in any other app It's so quick. Dashboard is just so clean and simple to understand. It's been a few days and we are loving It already. Only 1 thing is that they should have shown a sample packaging an Image/Video So that we all could have got an idea of how the packaging would be. Zendrop has a nice looking and easy to use application. Works well and their customer support is rather good as well. No faults so far. We just wish there was a more extensive catalogue of products (especially with custom/personalised goods). Branding feature is only available who are willing to spend big bucks, and that's not us I'm afraid.
