Few of the representatives will ACTUALLY help you. Sometimes they the representative will end their shift or go on a lunch so it sucks having to get transferred to another representative and then having to explain your problem all over again. All of them answer pretty quickly though. I do love how they give you videos to refer to because sometimes it is difficult to visualize over text. One thing i didn't like is that one representative getting in the business of another conversation i was having with another representative. Overall, its a great app and has many awesome features but of course there is always things to improve. All love, thank you Zendrop.

I had an email typo in an account setup and did not know it and after discovering a bill for a Plus Plan I reached out to them since I had already set up another account with the correct email since I was not receiving correspondence from them (going to the incorrect email I provided). They helped me resolve the matter rather than just sticking to the no refund after 5 days of activation policy. Mariane (who worked with me) was cool headed and followed through until it was all resolved. Very Professional and a great asset to your Customer Service Team! Don't let AI replace her. Once you find the link for support, customer service is always helpful. After a couple of false starts, I am finally able to get up and running with my second store.

I'm using Zendrop as a supplier for my store, and I must say, their service is top-notch. The chat support is excellent; they're always quick to respond and very helpful. What I love most is their wide range of products. Even if they don't have something in stock, they have the AliExpress import extension, which allows me to access a vast selection of products.
