Had an issue with a return/refund/reshipping of an order. I first spoke to a "bot" and within 15 minutes on a Sunday morning I was contacted by a live representative who guided me through the entire process by simply providing them shipping information. I look forward to doing more business with this company. Thank you Karrie (customer service rep).
I used the online chat and one of the team members assisted me and was able to answer all of my questions very efficiently and also provided reference materials for my review to help address the specific concern I had.

Great app, and amazing customer support. All my doubts were cleared off precisely.
It’s effectively efficient for suppliers needs of delivery to customers and the live coaching and learning academy is worth the upgrade. I have seen a difference in customer sessions just have to get those sales but I know it’s coming one day then consistency will be in order with monthly revenue of E-commerce.
Highly recommend Zendrop especially for us - newbies in the dropshipping business. The customer service is really great and helpful. Issues with billing and subscription issues were taken care of immediately and easily. Thank you for the help and support!

Zendrop's support is phenominal. Literally within seconds I was connected and my issue was resolved. On top of that, their UI is much, much better than the competition and it makes running an ecom business much simpler than it would be otherwise. Keep it up Zendrop team!
