The customer service is impeccable, I had a very specific and complicated problem dealing with a huge amount of product variants that I was unable to sort through, because I was given no product image and the SKU code did not match up with the product, but the team specifically Cyril helped me through the problem and now the path is clear.

When I needed help, they came running with question. What I needed from them or anything they went above and beyond they were Awesome. Then they walk me thru the steps I needed to take.

zendrop is responsive, helpful, and have a great user friendly interface. i found it very easy to find the products that im looking for and if the dont have it, you can request that they import the product for you and they do so in a reasonable time.
