Fast shipping times. Great sourcing. Support is there to help you. Real people not robots. Very very helpful support, was able to issue me a refund for an order that was already shipped.
Super easy to use interface. What sets zendrop apart for me is their 24/7 service. Sometimes you need things fixed quick so having a real person to talk to, that can help you instantly is a necessity.
I'm only new to Zendrop but it has been a good experience so far. I have contacted Zendrop for help and have quick and effective responses.
I will keep using Zendrop for dropshipping.

I haven't been with this company a few weeks now and the support is unbelievable whenever I turn and I have an issue I simply email and within 10 minutes someone is responding back to me and with me until the problem is solved I appreciate the feedback and the attention
The response to my problems was dealt with quite quickly, things that I found very positive on the part of Zendrop, their customer service is good.
Response Time for Help Desk - I had a question and the Zendrop help desk was there to answer my question in less than 2 min. In the days of bots and less live agents I was pretty impressed with the response time and answer that I received. I'm still working on dropshipping some products after the holiday so will see how long it takes for the products to arrive and will update this should the timeframe take longer than expected.
