Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Customer Service has been great so far!

I've been using Zendrop a bit for some months. Im still quite new to the business of dropshipping but I soon switched to another platform because I couldnt find the products I was looking for on Zendrop. In general they are a bit more expensive than others, however not in all cases. The bundling of items is still unclear to me but the support is in general very friendly and helpful. If you have the paid plan you get many extras on the side.

When, as a starter, I faced a serious technical problem the support team was of great assistance. I trust them.

Perfect app for everyone that wants to do dropshipping

The app is easy to use and the customer support is awsome. I have run into several issues with the function of this app and was confused a lot along the way, luckly I had help support. The quoting process is really confusing on this app and you can't see the cogs of your product from aliexpress untill a purchase is made, which takes another 2-3 days.

Great platform to start dropshipping from. They offer quality products, the ability to add custom thank you cards to the order and one of the best tools for me, the Academy where you learn a lot about starting your business.

Using Zendrop has so far been a blast. I was forwarded to a bot for help and was feeling like i needed to communicate one on one with a person and their help center afforded me that opportunity.
