Great tool, they work with suppliers so you don't have to. Very rarely is there an issue they cant solve. I recommend the Academy too.

Had an issue and need to chat with customer support. After requesting to talk to a human I was chatting with one to solve my issue within 2 minutes. Joshua was very helpful.

Customer service is always very helpful and stays with you until the issue is resolved. Always polite and fast contact via email. The 1 thing that set's them apart is when their shift is up they hand it off to another agent on the next shift.
