Being new to both Shopify and Zendrop processes, I had some dropshipping questions which I needed answers too quickly. Jinky was of great assistance to myself on-line and answered everything in quick fashion which was being asked of her. This was greatly appreciated. When you are chasing answers that impacts customer orders, receiving the right information is critical. A big thank you for pointing me in the right direction! Overall, a very satisfied owner!

I'm new to dropshipping but I enjoy the education and customer support that Zendrop offers. For a newbie, they definitely take away the mental load that comes with running a product-based business online.

Great customer service! (Thank you Jobelle) Quick, simple & clear. I had a problem with my billing and she correct it right away and she gave me some advices. I find it a bit pricy because it's like 70$ CAD a month for the pro plan BUT It's understandable with all the services they offer and they're very good.

Jinky Afalla Could not have did a better job. The constant communication and keeping me informed throughout the process was key. Jinky told me not to worry everything will be fine and I would hear something the next day. I ain’t believe it. First thing in the morning I received an email with a link to my prebuilt store and a email from Jinky asking if I needed any assistance with connecting the store to my account. Jinky you got my vote

Using Zendrop for a while now never got premium trial and you dont need in the beginning, free one is good enough if you just trying products. Customer support team are the g's ngl always answer your question, the bot they have is kinda cooked tho no clue whats going on in his fake brain but i guess hes trying his best. 5 stars would recommend using
