I am just getting started and had a problem with connecting my stores. The support staff quickly explained what happened and helped me resolve the issue. I will review again after I get to use more of the app but it has been a good experience so far.

I'm a beginner drop shipper and just started using Zendrop. My experience has been great so far; the platform is straightforward to navigate and has many useful features. I had some issues with my subscription plan, but their Customer Service is top-notch.
Karrie assisted me and I appreciated the help!

Excellent around the clock customer service and reliable shipping times. You can be worry free that your customers will get their products in time and also if there are problems they do refunds and replace the products for free.

zendrops customer service is fast prompt and accurate, The service team answer every qustion i have and if they cant the will find out ,especially with shipping updates and product Infomation, all done with a cheerful positve attitude which makes it less stressful , Knowing you have a good support team behind you, highly recommended

I love this platform. Been using Zendrop for sometime now, at first i was hesitant to become a plus member but came across a promo for a free trial and haven't looked back since. The best part is the support team. They are incredible. They always have been able to handle all my issues on the spot and answer all my questions. This is huge plus. I've dealt with other dropshipping platforms and some can take a few days to get back to you.
