I'm a beginner dropshipper and just started using zendrop. My experience has been great so far, the platform is very easy to navigate and it has a lot of useful features. I had some issues with my subscription plan, but I have to note that their Customer Service is top-notch. I had Jo as my customer service representative and she was amazing. She helped to solve my issues very efficiently and quickly. I would recommend this app to all fellow drop shippers.

I love Zendrop. Not only do they have great products but they send a thank you note with my logo and contact info in every package. Also, shipping is fast AND on top of all that, if there’s a product that i want to sell that’s not already on Zendrop, there’s an Aliexpress importer!! There’s no need for any other service. And their support people are awesome and reply quickly! So happy with Zendrop.

My experience with support with Mariane today was professional she listened to the issue and handled it quickly I’m new to dropshipping and was panicking because I couldn’t get into my upgraded plan. It was my error I upgraded the plan through the webinar and I put in the wa different email for the upgraded plan. She handled it with class and finesse and was very pleasant and understanding.

I recently just started using their services and as I'm still waiting for an order to be processed and shipped I can't comment on their shipping abilities. What I can say is that their staff have always been helpful and have been able to answer all of my questions. Will need more time to see how they ship and feedback from my customer.

I use this app for our dropshipping store. We find transactions are seamless because of its full integration with our Shopify store. Customer support is prompt and the staff are always helpful. I like that they follow up on their customer enquiries too. Not many companies provide such excellent customer care.
