My customer service experience has been quite quick, responsive, and complete. They answered all my questions and held on to my issue until resolved. It's always great to partner with a company that takes ownership to serve its customers.

Easy to use drop-shipper with lots of products to choose from. Looking forward to adding even more items to my store.

I have only recently installed this app - still adding products. So, I haven't place any order through Zendrop yet.

What I will say is that so far the support has been great. I have been receiving replies and help promptly. Hopefully this continues.

I also hope orders run smoothly, are delivered on time, and are in stock.

The app works like most others of it's type but the two things that set them apart are the quality control in their CN warehouse and the customer service. The down sides are the shipping times which are usually a day or so longer, the prices when starting out although your plan extends to all stores you own which makes up for it, and the lower tier plans lack of tools like AliExpress imports.

I really like the fact that the reaction response time is always swift and that the company culture focuses on catering to the needs of customers. Besides, everybody seems so supportive and kind with the clients.

No podría calificar mi experiencia, porque es casi nula. Como plataforma/app, es excelente, ofrece mucho y es muy sencilla de aplicar. aún no completo ninguna orden. Zendrop is always my go-to when testing new products to dropship. It's the first place I check to see if I can source a product from. The chat team has always proven to be extremely helpful and the interface is easy to use as well. Highly recommend.
