Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Great communication with support. They got back to me quickly with a direct answer to my question. Very helpful. Good service.

For personal reasons I decided to discontinue the use of Zendrop and my dropshipping store. They made the exit process very seamless and painless; even refunded my card that was charged, no questions asked. That was an exemplary service from Zendrop. If I ever want to join the dropshipping wagon in the future, I will certainly come back to Zendrop!

Absolutely would recommend using Zendrop. This app makes the shipment process a lot simpler. The customer service is amazing as well. The team acted quickly to resolve any problems I had regarding customer orders.

I would recommend Zendrop to anyone doing dropshipping, based on customer service, thus far. I felt compelled to say they have a very helpful customer service team, and I want to specifically highlight, Khubaib Khan. He demonstrated extreme patience and care with me, a very technologically deficient individual. He spent the time and walked me through every step of the way in setting up and linking Zendrop to my AI-generated Shopify store. He spent hours doing so with me, understood that I was at the beginning of the learning curve, and did not get impatient with me at all. Believe me, I got his undivided attention during the process. I have not yet actually started adding any products from Zendrop to my Shopify store, but once I have started fully utilizing the service, I will be sure to return with another review!

I’m new to dropshipping and Zendrop is the only supplier I’m currently using for my shop. Jo from customer service was very helpful in resolving my queries regarding the first orders I received. She also sent through relevant reading material that will help me in the future, if I have similar order processing issues. Jo responded within 15 minutes after submitting my questions in the Zendrop chat app, as the bot could not resolve. Not sure if Zendrop customer service always respond that fast but good to know that it's possible to resolve any issues quickly.

CS was helpful, so far all good, and I am on the free plan, so I guess the other would be better, but overall I cannot say anything bad about this app and their services!

Zendrop have a great system and can supply more products, one thing that makes them standout is the support team. They are easy to get hold of and can resolve most issues. Great Team.

Their support is of top tier. Even though in the beginning it might be a bit expensive to get their full plan, it is worth it. Also, they might charge a bit higher for the products but they will take good care of shipping any parcel on time and in good condition.

ZenDrop is great! They have support on hand and ready to help you with any questions or issues. So many resources to learn from the best about Dropshipping or POD. Not to mention the best shipping times on products and it's easy to import a product they don't have. Highly recommend!

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping.
I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.
