I had issues with a product that arrived to a customer, a jumpsuit that was not the one in the photo. After contacting Zendrop and explaining the problem, they promptly resolved it without any issues. They asked for some details, I processed the refund for the customer, and they also refunded me. Additionally, they asked if I wanted them to send the correct product to the customer due to the mistake. In the end, I chose to proceed with the refund, and I'm very grateful and happy. The customer kept the wrong product and received the refund. Thank you very much Zendrop, and special thanks to Karrie, who assisted me wonderfully.

I just wanted to give a big shout-out to the amazing customer service at Zendrop! Nyka has been super helpful and has gone above and beyond for all of my concerns and questions.

Nyka made sure all my issues were sorted out quickly and smoothly. It's not often you find such dedicated and professional support, and I really appreciate everything they've done for me.

First off, super quick response from support, none of that waiting around nonsense. And when they got back to me, they actually knew their stuff. No vague answers or canned responses. They sorted out my problem in no time flat.

Amazing. If you want to know why its amazing hear me out. If you refund your customer Zendrop refund you entirely. So the refund you product cost and shipping cost and you can keep the product.
