Great customer Service. I somehow opened two accounts, one was a plus account and the other was basic. i was doing everything on the basic account, that could be why things weren't working right lol. Jo a wonderful Customer Service rep Helped me to fix the issue as well as give detailed instructions on how to connect the proper account, Thank you again Jo.
As a beginner to the dropshipping world and shopify I must say that Zendrop has the best support for any setup issues and general help. Everyone has been kind and encouraging. The app is easy to use and understand. I can clearly see product and shipping costs which helps adding new products quickly.
Zendrop has many good things but definitely the customer service is the best, I would recommend Zendrop 1000 times

Highly recommended. The assistance from the agents has been fabulous, they have attended to each suggestion I have, they are interested in following up and if in the end they can solve the problem. With the request for products from the catalog they are super efficient and fast, without a doubt it makes the experience much easier for novices and Dropshipping professionals will surely find a good ally in them. Zendrop is much more than a vendor, they have unbeatable prices resources coaching calls a community they even have print on demand now I cannot wait to start trying it and customer service is unbeatable always always beyond helpful I cannot think y'all enough!
