I really like this App. Everything works pretty much automated. You only have to pay at the end.

well today i had a technical problem with my account, i entered the chat support with canceling my account in mind, and now am here with a five star review, so you can pretty much guess their customer support was over the rood and fixed my problem very well.

I had an issue connecting my store to Zendrop, and was in contact with their team for four days until Shiza took over the chat. She was responsive and fixed the issue in no time. Thank you :)

I'm only giving four starts not five because of the time I had to wait for someone to respond to me.

Super friendly-to-beginners app, i got a free month once they knew that i am not financially ready to begin my drop-shipping journey! who else does that? Plus, the customer service staff is extremely professional with an almost-instant response, in my case her name was Mariane.

I was having so much trouble connecting my 2 shopify stores to my Zendrop Plus plan. I tried for 4 days, trying to follow the instruction on Shopify Connecting/Disconnecting Accounts in Shopify without success. I am delighted to say an angel named Nyka, answered my chat in Zendrop and assisted me with successfully connecting both stores to my Zendrop Plus account and I am so grateful and feel this is the start to a beautiful business relationship with Zendrop assisting me to scale up my stores profits. Nyka is an asset to Zendrop's Company Success.
