Up until recently, Zendrop has been a good company. Once the Holiday season hit and we started to get more orders, Zendrop dropped the ball completely! Only a very few customers have received their orders. All the orders I have been helping to track have been lost in the wind. I can't seem to get a straight answer as to where their packages are. My advice is that if you have an item that is selling in your store, be sure to have some on hand already because it will not ship out in time or possibly not be received. As a business, you depend on the manufacturer to help on their part.
ABSOLUTLEY HORRENDOUS. Do NOT use this app. They've screwed up orders in a row on my account, their "processing times" take longer than they say, and they continue to charge me OVER AND OVER again MONTHS after I've switched to their "free plan" and have been in contact with them over and over again. Even Shopify got in on it and cc'd them in an email with me, and this month they STILL charged my card for their app yet again. They CANNOT get it together! DO NOT bother!!! Stay far away!!

I am unable to connect my shopify account and ive reached out for help, my subscription has expired and its a total mess. Please help me, I work 2 jobs and am doing this to quit both of them and help my family.

The worst experience ever and do NOT use these guys, EVER. Total rip off and I had like 100 orders or more and they all took like 2 months or longer, most of them probably arrived, but not before I had like 20 chargebacks, 30 returns and had to send these people new items. Then when I asked for a refund, I was given this big run around and I never got 1 single penny returned to me. So yea this is the worst experience of all time.
Hi Chris, thanks for the review. We'd like to clear up some of the discrepancies here and make sure we are not missing anything. On the account you left the review with, we only see about 50 orders that were fulfilled. Almost all of these orders were also delivered well before 60 days so please, If we're missing something please let us know.
We also noticed that the orders you're referring to here are from the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, where factors outside of our control played a huge role in shipping times. With delays at customs checkpoints, and the like.

By far the worst app for dropshipping, Sand message with live chat, agent will say get back to you tomorrow ( happened 3 times ) no one get back, shipping times like slooooow as hell, usual execuse ( COVID caz China is closed to covid , what do u think we are stupid, covid ended and no one is closed due to Covid, another execuse Chinese year ) which happened in February ) still items ordered since February not being delivered. I thought they changed there business model after they changed there Com name and now I understand why they changed the name because they don't know how to run a business..... Jesus I am so upset, 2 months for items and delivered and I am on your Pro Plus plan...

Zendrop as a whole is a very transparent company and is always upfront with all of our users about any delays. The situation with some regions in China being locked down due to the pandemic is something that is completely out of our control but is already slowly getting back to normal again. Zendrop just took $69 AUSD for my pro plan, I was trying to upgrade to a plus plan and try the free trial but it instantly took money. If zendrop can refund this I’ll try again but I’m canceling until I get my money back.

theres no option for zero stars review otherwise i'll give zero stars, the main problem is that zendrops shipping time is worse. i got 2 orders on 28 december and today is 10 january but still they dont even have any info on shipping or tracking information, my order is still not dispatch from china, also their customer support not good, every day they just saying that someone from their team will contact me via email, thats it but no body solving my actual problem, even aliexpress shipping time is better than zendrop, zendrop is expansive too, i suggest not to go with zendrop to everyone, otherwise you have to face a lots of problems. please stay away from this zendrop.

no one is replying i m trying to connect no one is there what about world class support and not even a single reply i have made the 2 times payment and they dont give trial as well every promise on website is false i want my money back asap.
