Zendrop has been a great ally for my new e-commerce business. Their user-friendly platform has streamlined my dropshipping process with a vast selection of high-quality products. Reasonable standard shipping times have boosted customer satisfaction. Their excellent customer support quickly resolves issues. Theres still a lot of issues that need to be fixed with their compatibility with tik tok, everyday seemed to be a new issue with tracking or shipping, have only had one tracking issue with shopify though. Just only use US based shipping if you plan to sell through tik tok

I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I am happy with the products available. The biggest complaint from my customers is that the items arrive in very damaged packaging and in some cases items are missing in the packages. Zendrop staff is amazing in working with you to address concerns and has helped me through complaints. However, I do wish there was more QC on packages and items that are being sent to the customers. All in all a good experience but would love to see more effort in QC and packaging.

Over all user friendly, lots of good options too. Only sad part is when products randomly are removed from the site, but not auto removed from your store or listed as out of stock. They do send you an email which is helpful.

It is a great supply platform considering product ranges and advice on starting up as a dropshipper though I've yet conduct business with them in terms of client service as, I'm still a beginner and haven't built much of a customer base but so far as to establing the business , the platform has been great to interact with for ease of use of most of applications.

Customer support is always the most important aspect that I consider when I am choosing an app. As chatbots that give you documentation become normal nowadays, a human who reassures you with solutions promptly can help reduce your frustration, especially for a new startup.
