Amazing Customer service (God bless you Jinky from the support team). Replies within 1mn, and offered great help with my billing issue ! Wish all the Dropshipping companies were like Zendrop. I started using the product today, and even before I start using it for my shop, I am already delighted by the user experience, and my experience with the customer service team. Highly recommended !

The price is a bit high to use this in Australia, thou, it all comes down to pricing strategy. The support team is very responsive, thoughtful, easy to communicate, and a big help.
