I had issues with a product that arrived to a customer, a jumpsuit that was not the one in the photo. After contacting Zendrop and explaining the problem, they promptly resolved it without any issues. They asked for some details, I processed the refund for the customer, and they also refunded me. Additionally, they asked if I wanted them to send the correct product to the customer due to the mistake. In the end, I chose to proceed with the refund, and I'm very grateful and happy. The customer kept the wrong product and received the refund. Thank you very much Zendrop, and special thanks to Karrie, who assisted me wonderfully.

First off, super quick response from support, none of that waiting around nonsense. And when they got back to me, they actually knew their stuff. No vague answers or canned responses. They sorted out my problem in no time flat.

I just needed some help and Jo, From Zen drop help me out tremendously. A realistic image did not come with a variant that I needed to display in my store. I asked if she could get the image. Said what I could do is publish it to my store first then attach the image to the variant. Makes a lot of sense. A lot of time! Thanks Jo Play a marvelous help!

Originally I was going to list this specific item via CJ drop shipping. However they were not able to help me put together a bundle. How are trying to communicate with them. I just gave up and sourced the products of zendrop.

I just want to say how please I am with Zendrop's service, I have a store and I had an order on my store, and I reach out to know the update on the order shipment, and I spoke to Mariane, and I must say, it was the most Kindest conversation I have had on a website in a long time.
