Response times are a little long but good experience so far with the actual fulfillment side of things.

I received a new order but it was cancelled. I reached out to Zendrop at 5am (EST) frustrated that there was no number to call, however after going through the FAQs and not finding what I needed I decided to use the chat and was quickly relieved when the bot offered me a human. She quickly resolved my issue and my order was immediately sent to the quoting process. Thanks Zendrop you rock!

This app is amazing for those looking for a free supplier when first starting out, however the paid plans are way to expensive and dont offer much value. My favorite thing tho is definitely the refund proccess, its very easy and straightforward.

I had I problem with my 3DS authentication but Nyka at Zendrop support helped me resolve this issue which I think deserves a review! She was patient and kind.

Overall support when needed is great! However, I am still figuring out the best way to have a complete communication cycle when facing product availability and processing time challenges. I still recommend the app.

Great service, very quick to respond in the chat, so I like that very much. But I put took out 1 start because is lacking of explanations for users outside USA. Examples:A big WARNING for users from other countries, all prices are always set up in US$, to calculate your prices to your costumers you have to use google to know the price in your currency, its a pain plus never 100% accurate because it will depend on the exchange rate they use the day of the purchase. Also very important, if you are in another country, when picking up products you have to select as supplier zendrop, if you pick all suppliers, you will find a lot of wonderful products but they wont ship to your country. Thats my learning so far.

Very professional team, support is always provided delivery on time, only one small issue forgetting the custom thank you card on some orders.
