Fast processing/delivery and very helpful customer service. Always quick response and they are approachable for questions about options such as importing products not available through Zendrop or adding variants on products seen by other vendors.

As I was updating info on products, I came across some info that was missing, size of a product, and another for what was included. I reached out on the assistant chat feature and a live agent explained to me that they could find the information I was looking for and that I should contact them anytime I had any questions about a product. Xlnt products, lots of options & choices, wonderful support, easy to follow and grow.

As I continue to build my store, I've leaned on support often & I've had a 5 star experience 99% of the time. I only had 1 frustrating issue out of 10 mos. Staff is extremely helpful & knowledgeable. The only downside, is no phone or live video chat, except classes (which are awesome & free), as everything is basic chat, but they always resolve my concerns.
