I am updating my previous review following a resolution from Zendrop.

After my initial complaint regarding a chargeback caused by international shipping delays, Zendrop reviewed the case and compensated me for the financial loss. I appreciate that the issue was eventually acknowledged and resolved.

While international shipping delays can still present risks during peak seasons, I want to note that Zendrop did take responsibility in this case and provided compensation, which I consider a positive and professional response.

Thank you to the Zendrop team for addressing the matter and closing the issue.

The private agent is great especially my team with shahid. The only thing that needs work is that shipping time with the products is not fast at all I am getting hit with chargebacks because of this, and the pricing of the product isn’t even the lowest compared to your own separate supplier.

L'assistance m'a bien aidé à résoudre un problème technique de leurs côté. Je dirais juste que cela à mis du temps pour recevoir de l'aide (1 jour) mais elle a était assez rapide par la suite, en plus d'être sympa.

I'm very pleased to say that Easy4LifeSolutions got a lot of support from the support team on ZenDrop!
Always very helpful, kind, looking for Solutions.
They also listen to suggestions from shop owners who are dedicated to test the product themselves before launching it at their own shop.
Overall, improvement is always a goal, service is very good at the moment!

Ikke lett å finne eksakt det produkt en ønsker. Med litt innsats går det tålelig greit å finne svar på ting som dukker opp, som for eksempel at forespørsel om å fullføre ordre ble avvist

Zendrop est une plateforme de dropshipping intuitive et facile à prendre en main.
Elle propose une interface claire qui simplifie la gestion des commandes.
Le catalogue de produits est plutôt varié, même si certains articles manquent parfois d’originalité.
L’intégration avec Shopify fonctionne bien et permet d’automatiser une grande partie du processus.
Les délais de livraison sont généralement meilleurs que sur AliExpress, mais restent perfectibles selon les fournisseurs.
Le service client est réactif, ce qui est un point positif pour les débutants.
Les options de personnalisation, comme le branding, apportent une vraie valeur ajoutée.
Cependant, le coût de l’abonnement peut être un frein pour les petits budgets.
Zendrop reste un bon choix pour démarrer dans le e-commerce en limitant les contraintes logistiques.
Dans l’ensemble, la plateforme offre un bon équilibre entre simplicité, efficacité et accompagnement.

I am very satisfied with Zndrop's customer service. They answer all my messages with courtesy; bravo. I would have given them 5 stars if there hadn't been a problem processing my order, but since they did a good job of finding the source of the problem, I was reassured.
