The thing i most liked was its really good support team, they replied in time and answered all my questions clearly, i had a big problem but they managed to solve it, thank you very much for everything!!!!!!

Hi , I have been terminated the zendrop from my Shopify store as somebody tried to create orders from my shop. While I uninstalled the zendrop from my store they have billed me of 39.42£ . Now I am trying to get in touch with zendrop but I can’t get access to them. Weather it’s a third party but how I gonna know that they not going to charge me next month . I had not set up that time .

Juan was very helpful. I needed to contact customer service and he quickly got my issues all sorted out. Saved me hours of frustration. I am loving the selection so far. Love that there are products that ship from the US so shipping is better for my clients.

I have not placed an order with Zendrop for some time and forgot the process, the help desk team were very helpful and fast and were able to help me with every question I had in regards to my order and the process. Thanks Team

This company is absolutely trash. I would give it zero stars if I could. They will set you up and charge you. Not send you any invoice or anything and by the time you see it, it will be too late for you to do anything about it.

I’ve been waiting for over two weeks for some of my store orders to be shipped. Despite raising multiple complaints, Juan keeps telling me to wait patiently. It’s been more than two weeks now, and he’s still asking me to wait.

To make matters worse, they deactivated my account without fulfilling my orders or issuing a refund.

This has caused me to lose both customer trust and money.

I feel like I’ve been scammed by Zendrop.
