Zendrop is great for dropshipping. I especially love their customer service - I am up at all hours working on my business and I can rely on their customer service team to respond in a timely matter. Sometimes even at a very odd hour.
Despite some technical issues they experience periodically on their end (which is understandable since they are also a business that is constantly improving), I still think Zendrop is the best on the market and is my primary dropshipping vendor. I highly recommend Zendrop

So today I got a problem with my shopify as payment was done in any other account not my account which was activated with the shopify store, Mariane, helps me a lot into it, she resolve my issue, and I am really happy with it, she listen to me very clamly, and answer to my every Question and give me every possible solutions, so once again thanks a lot...
I have not placed an order with Zendrop for some time and forgot the process, the help desk team were very helpful and fast and were able to help me with every question I had in regards to my order and the process. Thanks Team

Hi guys, first I would like to thank zendrop for this amazing app where you have access to a wide range of features, one being the print on demand feature, where you can print logo's on almost any products and so much more. I follow ethan king on YouTube and he provide's great content on dropshipping, what products are trending, what to buy etc, the support team are quite swift to respond whenever you get stuck or have question's that need answers. GREAT app I'm just getting started with my journey and I hope to get more involved with this app, thanks again from shemaar.

Great support. Quick to respond and always so pleasant and helpful. I've bugged them so many times with ?'s that pop up at any given point and time but it never matters to them. They completely understand and make sure that the questions that I think may be stupid are just as important as any others. A huge thank you to each of them that has helped me out.

Zendrop are a quandary - they have superb customer service (people), but they are let down by a system that really isn't set up for 'supply'.
The sheer number of 'variations' on a single supply item, from different supply points, means that the store owner is left wondering if they connected the right item, or if the (occasionally nice) pictures actually show the items they are offering. BTW Zendrop - check the pics, most people are struggling with Google and it's archane policies on images, MINIMISE THE TEXT AND MAKE IT LANGUAGE RELEVANT.
The number of times that an item gets 'pulled' is odd, when in reality there are multiple other suppliers, which means that you cannot be certain that the 'listing' you have won't give you dozens of rejected orders, as Zendrop don't connect one listing to multiple suppliers, that's up to the store owner to manage.
Zendrop's Plus listing subscription is also dubious - there are no tangible benefits to this other than more items (why would you restrict the listings that someone can have?) and some really quite boring 'tech talks' that are hosted by very 'cool' guys telling you how they are coming to you from their new apartment, and taking 5 times more than required to 'introduce' you to Zendrop's listing systems, or how you basically need to learn every AI package out there if you're going to succeed.
CJ don't charge you to list their items, they just want you to sell them.

So far the access to products is great- wide variety and seems to be good quality. Shipping does take long for certain areas, though prices are reasonable, for both products and shipping.
I had misunderstood an issue and was it handled with much patience from the team.
