I had an amazing experience with Zendrop's customer support, especially with Khubaib, who went above and beyond to resolve my issues. Not only did he patiently assist with tracking and order delays, but he also helped me navigate technical issues with my Zendrop account and email changes. The customer service was fast, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They also gave me detailed information about Zendrop's services and even helped me apply for the Zendrop Select program. I highly recommend Zendrop for their outstanding customer support!

I've been using Zendrop for about four months. Customer service did a good job helping me though the process of adding products to my store. Now adding products to my store is a piece of cake. The problem I have is simple every day products you would want e-bike accessories, camping gear, (which I did find but not under camping), pickle ball products are no where to be found. I was going to switch to a different dropshipper but the reviews of all of them are so nightmarish , it just as well to stay. With the Chinese New Year upon us and shipping stopped out of the warehouse until February 12th, that is a store killer in the making. Perhaps Zendrop needs a way to fulfill more in the US to make situations like this less likely to happen.

Khubaib, Jacob AND Jo from zendrop had very good customer service, and they provided genuine help with my problem, instead of ignoring it/not really caring. about the issue. I really appreciated his help, and they explained in very understandable ways.
Jo also helped me a lot and was so useful and quick with the support. although i struggled to find live chat in the zendrop app (which i want to blame zendrop platform for) when i found it and got to talk with Jo Anne Larga, it was just amazing. Truly recommend her and the two guys above!
