J'ai eu quelques soucis de configuration, le SAV à été top, rapide et à l'écoute. C'est excellent
I was using another platform, decided to try zendrop and switched to it. The customer service is always helpful and there whenever I need them. Linking, fulfilling, sourcing, and finding products is easier than the other platform. I like that you can brand the products, have more than 1 account with the plus plan. I am happy I switched!
The message window covers the products that i was trying to look at. I coudnt figure out how to get rid of it.
it blocks my complete view of products. Please change that!
Jinky was helpful with a link to view in the future for me. It took a long time to get the messages...but it might be my old PC and lack of browser support. So thanks again Jinky for your help.
Fast and efficient response with questions I had. If the support member was unsure she would ask someone in her team and I got all of the answers I needed within 5-10minutes. Highly recommend.
Zendrop is an amazing app and the staff is pretty good. They will support in anything you need with whatever power they have!
I believe that zendrop is the best supplier as well for your brand as they are pretty transparent!
I only just started using Zendrop and with my first client I already had a problem. I contacted the support team and Ellah answered within 1 min (!) and helped me find a solution for my issue. I can only say, I am very impressed! Thank you Ellah!

Love the app and it makes a complex intricate and potentially difficult process extremely easy. That said, there are a lot of things that can still go wrong and understanding what is expected and how to operate goes a long way to helping a new user succeed. I would HIGHLY recommend you start with the Zendrop free plan and get used to how everything works. The monthly plan (for those on tight budgets) starts out right away with a moderate charge. If you are figuring things out... it would be best to start with the payments AFTER you understand the pitfalls.
But for all these potential issues... you get wonderful help center library items... all in print and from what I've seen, MOST also include a video of the explanation too. If that still doesn't help you... their live chat jumps in and boom... you are straightened out in no time!
Take it from someone that likes to play it cautious... this platform is fantastic! Give it a try today!
