zendrop is responsive, helpful, and have a great user friendly interface. i found it very easy to find the products that im looking for and if the dont have it, you can request that they import the product for you and they do so in a reasonable time.

Their customer support is insanely quick and detailed, they are able to understand your questions and give you the relevant details fast and accurately!

Their 24/7 support desk is always a great help. Fixed an issue I had with an order very promptly.

Contacted support chat because I couldn’t see the shipping information of an order. Support answered quickly and was able to guide me through to see the shipping information.

Customer service is always very helpful and stays with you until the issue is resolved. Always polite and fast contact via email. The 1 thing that set's them apart is when their shift is up they hand it off to another agent on the next shift.

Customer service is excellent... I was having an issue connecting my order from Shopify to Zendrop and Jo from Zendrop Customer Service chat guided me in the right path, in less than 3 min I had everything linked and running. Excellent support, makes all the difference!

i needed help with a refund and i reached out to support and got JO she helped me out with everything and got my refund. Zendrop is one of the best dropshipping platforms to work with, if you want to get into dropshipping i recommend using them. thanks to Zendrop and all there staff.
