I've been using this app a little under 2 months now and after trying every other dropshipping supplier app, honestly, I like this one the best and have recently upgraded to the plus plan. It very simple and easy to use and the customer service is very great.
I had some questions to help me on my first try at an ecommerce business and all of my questions were answered quicky and with a friendly rep. Thank for all the help!
I really like the fact that the reaction response time is always swift and that the company culture focuses on catering to the needs of customers. Besides, everybody seems so supportive and kind with the clients.
Excellent customer support, i had some troubles connecting my store to zendrop and a zendrop employee helped me solve it in a couple of minutes through real-time chat.
Response Time for Help Desk - I had a question and the Zendrop help desk was there to answer my question in less than 2 min. In the days of bots and less live agents I was pretty impressed with the response time and answer that I received. I'm still working on dropshipping some products after the holiday so will see how long it takes for the products to arrive and will update this should the timeframe take longer than expected.
The service is absolutely perfect he was patient with me and showed me just how to fix my issue. Im a person thats better at seeing stuff to learn it and he did that perfectly the first time without me asking.
5 stars for customer service - so far they seem to offer everything I need!
I need to write a review. The person who helped me, the one in customer service, did what she could to assist me. At the moment, we don't know if the document she provided me will be accepted by Shopify, but we hope it will. She was very quick, and the person was very kind and friendly, named Jemima
