I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I am happy with the products available. The biggest complaint from my customers is that the items arrive in very damaged packaging and in some cases items are missing in the packages. Zendrop staff is amazing in working with you to address concerns and has helped me through complaints. However, I do wish there was more QC on packages and items that are being sent to the customers. All in all a good experience but would love to see more effort in QC and packaging.

As a newbie using zendrop it is easy to use for first timers and have everything you need to know.

Honestly one of the best app integrations one could add to their store. Theres still a lot of issues that need to be fixed with their compatibility with tik tok, everyday seemed to be a new issue with tracking or shipping, have only had one tracking issue with shopify though. Just only use US based shipping if you plan to sell through tik tok
