I used the online chat and one of the team members assisted me and was able to answer all of my questions very efficiently and also provided reference materials for my review to help address the specific concern I had.

This app is amazing for those looking for a free supplier when first starting out, however the paid plans are way to expensive and dont offer much value. My favorite thing tho is definitely the refund proccess, its very easy and straightforward.

Zendrop is a top supplier in products. The Customer Service is very good. If you have some any questions about Zendrop, the Customer Service helps you very well to get all your answers. I use to have questions about CE europe certifications for products. Jemina from the Customer Service haves gave me clearly answers about my questions! Thank you for your help .
