Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

The Zendrop App itself is very well made and user-friendly. But other than that delivery times have been pretty ok so far (mostly 15-16 days) with some delays here and there. Also Thank You cards haven't been working so far and order credits don't show up (maybe because I'm on the trial of the Plus Plan). Anyways supportwise though, it's perfect. Theresa, Molly and ESPECIALLY Michael have been a really big help overcoming those issues and are always here for me if there are any more. They really seem to care about my business and are understanding and (I think is also a really big point) fluent in English! Overall okay Dropshipping service with perfect support. Again, thank you Michael for everything!

The selection of products is adequate, time will tell if shipping and dis-batch are just as good. UI is smooth and easy to navigate for newbie business owners. Great app for those looking to expand their catalog.

Have only been using it for a day but products are easy to find and there are a lot of options to choose from.

I've recently used Zendrop for my store and I have to say it's the best dropshipping supplier. Very app it's automatic and it lets you have a lot of free time. I would like to thank the creators.

Great product sourcing platform for drop shipping with basic operations, great look and easy navigation. great work by the Zen drop team. Keep in mind I have not tested all plans available, and my review is based off of the free and the next up option the basic plan only, in my opinion some improvements to the platform would change the state of this platform from great to amazing. Improvements would include Faster and more sophisticated import list bulk products editing on application, Profile preference setting like margin preset settings, edit all product variant sales price margin % instead of just one at a time, would be beneficial to add a dollar amount option Aswell. I have experienced some lagging when importing products to quickly. With all that said great platform works great with Shopify, I would highly recommend this platform!!!!

They make it so much easier and less stressfull. I really like the layout and how easy everything is to understand.

i tested a package and it says shipped on zen but there hasn't been any progress on the tracking in 5 days when it said wait 1-3 days for tracking

this is my first time participating in dropshipping, helped me alot :) First started using zendrop about 10 days ago, managed to successfully start a business and a website within days.
