I have been using Zendrop for the past year, my queries are always answered by their team on their online chat, products are of very high quality and seamless integration with Shopify. I'm able to fulfil items automatically for my customers as well as for TikTok Shop. I was using another dropshipping app previously but have fully transitioned over to using just Zendrop now because of the high standard you get with them. Would highly recommend.

The support team, made up of both AI agents AND real, live persons (!), is absolutely fantastic! There is almost no delay at all in their responses to whatever your problem may be, and they dig in thoroughly to fix it for you.

They also check back in with you afterwards, just to see how you are! No other "support" team or member has done that for me before.

I cannot thank them enough for helping solve the multiple problems I was having.
