The app used to be good before a couple years ago. However, this app is currently so bad and unrecommendable! After receiving order, you may be shocked that the product unexpectedly went out of stock or its price went crazily high similar to the overall prices that went our crazily and cannot be competitive anymore! The orders usually take long time to reach the customer although noticeably for product that are said to be shipping from the US while they obviously are not. According to a bad practice with them, the company may remove the app from your Shopify store and damage your related setups and cancel your subscription at any time for false and unclear reason without providing further details and without refunding your annual membership fees you paid them upfront, and also without refunding order credits you accumulated on the app! (By the way, you usually cannot utilize more than 10% of your order credits towards any order). The app is a complete mess and harm to business and a waste of money!

Zendrop wants a review for an item that was not purchased from them. In fact, I recently installed Zendrop on my Shopify store and selected products to add, but I ran into some issues. Only half of the products I selected were uploaded, and I have not been able to use the app as expected. Additionally, I was charged for services I have not used, which has caused some challenges in fulfilling orders.

I hope Zendrop can improve its integration and customer support, as I want to continue using the platform successfully. I am not a happy customer.

I recently encountered an issue with a product listing that confused one of my customers. At first, I was very frustrated, but the Zendrop team handled the situation with real professionalism and care.

They not only provided a full refund for the order but also went above and beyond by adding credits to my account and upgrading my subscription at no additional cost.

It’s clear that Zendrop values its sellers and is committed to improving their service. Mistakes can happen in any business, but what matters is how they’re handled, and in my case, Zendrop showed that they truly care about their partners.

I’m confident continuing to build my store with Zendrop, knowing they’ve got my back.

They changed their plan on me, there used to be an option to pay as you sell but not anymore

There just aren’t enough product options. Around 90% of what’s available seems to come directly from Amazon — which makes me wonder why customers would buy from my store when they can get the same items on Amazon, often for less. Prices here are even higher, and if we try to mark up for profit, the final cost becomes unreasonable for customers. I could have just order from Amazon and input customer address myself, it make no sense.

For the few products that aren’t from Amazon, the prices are still incredibly high. It’s difficult to stay profitable when you’re paying $50 per month just to link 20 products — on top of Shopify’s monthly fees, commissions, and advertising costs. It’s just not sustainable.

I’ll stay a bit longer to see if things improve (though I’m not too optimistic), but if nothing changes, I’ll have to switch to another fulfillment center.

The only real positive is that the setup process was simple, and the customer service team was excellent — very responsive and helpful in guiding me through everything.

Overall, my experience has been good. The platform offers useful features, and once everything was set up, it worked as expected. The subscription process was smooth, and the service provides good value. I’d also like to thank Shiza, who represents Zendrop, for the support and professionalism. It wasn't clear what I was paying the annual fee for. The 20 products max wasn't clearly stated and due to Shopify not allowing the wine decanter x 2, I chose another 2 products only to be charged $29 a month extra. This is misleading and I will be contacting Zendrop as these products aren't suitable for Shopify. I feel ripped off and am certainly not happy with the launch of a new store.

Trying to get my new Shopify store open and selling products was a disaster from the start. I could not get help from Shopify because everything lead to Q & A pages that didn't have ANY of my problems on there! Long long story short Zendrop customer support actually helped me with my Shopify problem and had me connected selling products in no time at all! Hats off to Zendrop!

So I just started using Zendrop. I find it very easy and integrates without a hassle. Also the support is SPOT ON! I had different types of questions regarding varying topics. I was always assisted within a short timespan and if I contacted support in the evening, the chatbot was actually able to give me very detailed information. When the Chatbot could not handle it, it would reply to me that it would forward my case to the ''live-team'' the next day. And so it happened. I had very detailed questions about certifications of products and the live-team took less than 1 day after the request, to give me all the documentation on the product.

Absolutely standout support right there!
