I was not used to communicating fully through the app, I prefer to speak to someone in person, but I got the help I needed with my account. Jemina and Molly were very helpful and understanding, and I appreciate their help. I also love attending the Academy with Thomas, he is the best and so patient and helpful. I was initially having some trouble updating inventory based on instructions provided to me by the service desk team - after some back and forth one of their senior customer care managers hopped in and provided some personal assistance and we were able to work through the problems I was having. Zendrop is by far the best company I've worked with. They offer tons of free training. If you have an issue the support staff goes above and beyond to help you resolve your issues even if it takes all day. I appreciate them for always being there when needed.

Great customer service I will say! Every time I have an issue, they are very informative and resolve my issues or concerns. The platform is free which is great, but I've recently upgraded and it still amazing stuff. Shipping times are a bit lengthy for products coming from china, but overall it’s a good fulfillment center. I would recommend.

The customer support was quick to reply, patient and friendly. There also a bunch of useful features like Zendrop AI, and the Zendrop academy. Zendrop Plus definitely gives the most value since you get 200-300 dollars in credit which covers the fees for the Plus plan for at least 2 months, motivating you to work even harder so you can use this 'free money' and eventually make a profit for yourself along the way
