My experience with zendrop has been amazing. The support team is awesome, I was having issues with my store and reached out to the support team for help. I got a member of the team in less than a minute and she knew exactly what issue was to help me resolve it. I love it.

I had an issue with my subscription, and the support team responded very quickly—within two to three minutes—through the help bubble at the bottom right corner of the page. They resolved the problem just as fast, within 10 minutes, during which they collected some additional information about my issue.
I requested a size chart, and within 24 hours, the support team sent it to me.
Just had the best interaction with Kelley @ customer service. She was very well informed and had an answer for my every question. I was getting bogged down in fine details of shipping process. She was able to offer course correction and a new perspective on the problem. Very impressed. Thank you!
