I really appreciate the amazing customer support provided by this company. Their team is incredibly helpful and always resolves any order-related questions or issues promptly. I want to give a special shout-out to Cyril, who quickly and effectively resolved the refund issues with my orders.

Great customer service especially when just getting started they handled all my questions and with all honesty I would strongly recommend them to anyone just starting out. The only con is that you have to pay after 25 orders wish it was 50 but it's still a 10/10.

As I was updating info on products, I came across some info that was missing, size of a product, and another for what was included. I reached out on the assistant chat feature and a live agent explained to me that they could find the information I was looking for and that I should contact them anytime I had any questions about a product. I started my Brand in February and Zendrop has been amazing so far. They have a great selection of products. Anything you can think of they probably have it. The prices of them make it easy to make a good profit margin on sales. The customer service and support if you run into any issue the team at Zendrop will try their best to help.
