It is the WORST Dropshipping experience with products and logistic. Very limited products to choose and logistic takes forever to ship and arrive. It is not an automatic system, meaning that you have to be checking everyday availability of the product because they have not an automatic system to mark a product as sold out when they have no more available. The option to add products that they don't have is really bad, because they are not going to have it never, that means that when you sell the product, they are not sure to find the same exact product to be ship to the customer. You have to be sure to check every day your app because when you sell a product you have to press fulfill, something else that is not automatic. Don't waste your money with this app. The only positive thing that they have is that when you are "lucky" to reach an agent, they answer fast and work proactively to try to solve your problem as they can, because procedures and logistic are not part of their roles, they are just there as customer service representatives and their work is trying to help you. The system to reach a representative is not easy because they have an IA with answers that never have the answer that you need.

Worst dropshipping service ever. It looks pretty - everything is organized and easy to find. However, don't let that fool you (btw, this is coming from someone who was a plus member). Let me explain:
1. I wanted to try Zendrop before posting products on my store, so I ordered a few samples to test them out. They took so long to arrive and I contacted their customer service many times. Eventually, I just gave up and canceled the order.
2. Their 24/7 customer service only sounds nice. Yes, they reply fairly quickly, and yes, they are very friendly, but they don't actually help you fix the problem. All of my conversations with customer service agents went something like this:
They say they'll check why the products are taking so long to arrive and get back to me as soon as possible. When they get back to me, all they have to say is that they've just contacted the sender and that there has been some sort of an ambiguous delay, but the products are on their way. Sounds assuring, the first time they say it.
Bottom line, I think it's a waste of time and money.

Worst fulfilment app, too late processing and high pricing. Aliexpress and zendrop are same so it’s better to use aliexpress then zendrop. Their shipping time is around a month on each order and takes 5days to process.
Easy to use however;
This isnt a free supplier website, it is based of the amount of products listed onto your store.
Meaning depending on the amount of products you list, you will be charged starting at 1 product listed on your store.
This isnt good for starting dropshippers, as you will be charged after a month for the products listed without you knowing.

I was charged for two months without any prior notification, even though my store was never published or used. Zendrop refused to refund the April charge, citing a strict 5-day refund policy, despite the fact that I never utilized their services. This approach feels unfair and lacks transparency. I would caution others to be wary of such billing practices.

it integrates with the shopify really easy. I can't complain about that. however, I installed this app into my store and added products. then i went to purchase something from my store to make sure everything worked and to see how long it would take to get the products. well, the purchase went through smoothly... but, I never recieved the products and I haven't been able to contact anyone to fix the issues. the supplier is a scam. they sent a tracking number for my order.... it has been 3 weeks since the order and the tracking number is continually updating with a non-existent route. (there is no shipment)... this happens a lot when you order products off facebook. it is just a scam.

Our experience with Zendrop has been extremely disappointing and has negatively impacted our small business. While they do offer refunds when we need to refund our customers (which is appreciated), this policy doesn’t make up for the sheer volume of issues we’ve faced. Here are the key problems:
Unhappy Customers: We've had a significant number of orders returned to sender due to Zendrop's inability to meet proper delivery deadlines. This has resulted in us having to refund nearly a third of our orders.
Incompetent Support: Their customer service is incompetent most of the time and takes forever to respond to concerns. Instead of resolving issues efficiently, we’re often left waiting with no real answers.
Sudden Price Increases: We've experienced sudden and unexplained increases in product costs, making it difficult to maintain profit margins and serve our customers effectively.
Constant Refunds: While their refund policy is the one positive, it’s not a great feature when we have to rely on it constantly because they can’t fulfill orders properly.
Zendrop's selection, especially with U.S.-based suppliers, is extremely limited, which makes it difficult to find quality, competitive products for our customers. On top of this, their products are significantly overpriced, and the shipping costs are absurdly high in comparison with their competitors. The inflated prices and lack of variety make it nearly impossible to maintain profit margins or offer value to customers. For a platform that advertises convenience and quality, their offering falls far short of expectations.
Zendrop’s inability to handle fulfillment reliably has cost us not just money but also the trust of our customers. For small businesses like ours, every interaction matters, and unfortunately, Zendrop has failed to meet even the most basic expectations of a third-party fulfillment provider.
We cannot recommend Zendrop to other small business owners and are transitioning to a new supplier to avoid further damage to our brand.

5 day refund policy + unreasonable customer service meant I was charged and refused a refund for downloading the app for about 20 minutes while I was showing someone... Free plan available? Not so sure.

If you want to lose money, go ahead and work with this company. They claim a max processing time of 5 days, but that’s a joke. After waiting 5 days for a product I was selling, I reached out to customer support and found out the product was still in production. This meant I had to cancel orders and take a loss. On top of that, they won’t refund your ad costs even though the delays are their fault. And guess what? This didn’t just happen once it happened twice.
The second time, I checked in with customer support after 3 days to make sure everything was on track. They told me it was all good, but two days later, I found out the supplier was still in production.
To make things worse, their product prices are about double what you’d find on other platforms. And to top it all off, you’re paying $79 just to cancel your orders. Ridiculous.
UPDATE 11/25
Third time this has happened. After 5 days, they only managed to fulfill about 5 out of 20 orders, and now, after all this time, they follow up to say the products are out of stock again! I wrote to Austin, and it’s been 4 days with no reply! Amazing management.

Do not download the shopify app: Zendrop. If you are looking for a review and a reason to not download this app extension here it is. The app says free to download and free to use but then charges you excessively. The products on the app are all overpriced, easily broken, and resent to you from china and other places out of the country. I am very unsatisfied with Zendrop especially because of the scam the CEO has decided to use to make money. It is not right.
