At first I waas very frustrated with Zendrop because It was not letting me fufill my fist order but I contacted the support team. The support team was very kind and helped me out a lot! Thank you!

Ive had some trouble on importing products but yet ive gotten alot help from them they reply right away they have helped so much

We contacted the support chat Sunday Evening for some help in connecting Zendrop to our store. We received an email saying we weren't connected but we were connected yesterday so something had gone wrong. The help that we received was top notch professional! Our contact was very quick to help us get it all straightened out! Thank you very much!!

Pretty decent app, plenty of options available, also samples are great to use to create your own content.

Just found out that if you have a paid plan, you can ask support to get them to adjust the same place accross all Shopify Stores/Zendrop acccounts you have! Just a shoutout to Ian on the support line who got this processed for me in a matter of minutes!

Also, the app and site are such an easy and smooth experience, along with the Academy available it is very supportive

Impressed with how attentive the agent was to my queries.

Mir gefällt das Dashboard von Zendrop sehr gut und es ist gut strukturiert aufgebaut. Der Support ist außerdem sehr hilfreich und unglaublich schnell, ich konnte nicht einmal meine Nachricht an den KI-Nachrichtenbot schreiben, bevor mir ein Supportmitarbeiter geantwortet hat. Ich kann Zendrop nur weiter empfehlen, super Lieferant!

Highly recommend. This is by far the greatest drop shipping website/app you could use. It’s free and still provides great resources (the most important being the suppliers).
