Ever since I started with Zendrop their ability to import products from Aliexpress has been broken. You cannot import items properly. I was told for 4 days that IT was working on it. This company only wants your $79 a month. Stay away if you need to import from Aliexpress.
They say they have faster shipping because they source with certain vendors but this is not true. My orders still took over 20 days to receive. They gave me Free Plan Plus to change my review to a 5 star but after doing so and using there service it is still worse than any other service I have tried. I will stick with Dser's

Zendrop is really good for faster shipping, however, it is a little bit expensive and my products have been "quoting" for 5 days which makes me question the reliability.
Hi there. Thanks for the transparent feedback! We do offer a free plan where you can fulfill up to 25 orders per month, have access to our Customer Success team for support, and so much more. The quoting delays we are aware of and working very hard on getting that resolved for everyone. We've had a large increase to the platforms popularity so we're doing everything we can to meet the increase in demand. I started using Zendrop to assist with my dropshipping journey. So far it has been easy to use and I am really enjoying it. I like the layout of the app, it's very neat and modern. Although I do think you should be able to fulfil at least 40 orders on the free plan instead of 25. Overall great service, Thanks
