Pésimo soporte técnico , mas de 14 horas y aun no me atiende ninguna persona real a la asistencia al cliente y eso que estoy pagando mensualidad , si eres de habla hispana , te aseguro que hay y habrá mejores opciones de proveedores

Openning the app. It auto set me one product to the list that not exists, so I can not delete. I can't cancell the subscription due I have this misterious product imported and they forced the subscription and setted without consent. what the fuck. I don't even uses this app, I just was looking around

I was charged by Zendrop for redownloading their app to try and see my old dashboard (I only ever had a sample order, never sold anything). I redownloaded the app and cancelled it minutes later and then noticed a charge on my card. When I contacted their customer support, they told me I was outside of the 'refund window' and that they were 'unable' to issue a refund as it wasn't fair to other users!?!?

Zendrop m’a simplement fait perdre près de 200 € sans fournir aucun service réel.

J’ai utilisé la plateforme en pensant qu’elle m’aiderait à gérer ma logistique et mon stock. Zendrop m’a confirmé qu’ils pouvaient livrer vers mes destinations.

Une fois les commandes reçues, il m’a été indiqué que la livraison n’était finalement pas possible. J’ai donc dû rembourser tous mes clients.

Malgré cela, Zendrop a prélevé l’abonnement ainsi que des frais sur chaque commande, alors qu’aucun colis n’a jamais été expédié.

Résultat : perte d’argent, perte de temps, aucune valeur ajoutée.

À fuir. À ce stade, DSers est largement plus fiable.

The worst app on earth. They deduct money from your account without your permission, and you can only stop this by permanently closing your account. Secondly, they don't offer many products, and what they do offer is probably useless. Their customer service is terrible; they terribly disrupt my work and deduct large sums from my account for subscriptions to plans I didn't choose.

Hi, I noticed I was charged for Zendrop after the trial ended.
However, I am not using the app anymore and have already switched to another supplier.

I cancelled the subscription immediately and would really appreciate a refund for this charge if possible.

This is my first store with Shopify and the first App I installed and linked with my store was Zendrop. I am sharing my experience about Zendrop so other people exploring drop shopping don't fall in the same mistake. In summary avoid Zendrop in all ways possible. This app founders instead of being a partner with drop shippers they built their policies and customer support completely and purely based on making money. Their trial only 3 days. Their plans very expensive compared to other. All plans are prepaid and no partial refunds regardless of canceling your subscription. Fixed plan price from first day based of number of linked products regardless if you sell any or not. The deny fulfillment of purchased products from the store without sending detailed explanation and you have to deal with your customers who are waiting on their purchases to be shipped. Zendrop also don't have phone number for customer support, so you are stuck with tedious back and forth email communication when you have problem to solve. Finally, most of their products are very bad quality and the English description need a lot of editing before linking them into your store.

The app used to be good before a couple years ago. However, this app is currently so bad and unrecommendable! After receiving order, you may be shocked that the product unexpectedly went out of stock or its price went crazily high similar to the overall prices that went our crazily and cannot be competitive anymore! The orders usually take long time to reach the customer although noticeably for product that are said to be shipping from the US while they obviously are not. According to a bad practice with them, the company may remove the app from your Shopify store and damage your related setups and cancel your subscription at any time for false and unclear reason without providing further details and without refunding your annual membership fees you paid them upfront, and also without refunding order credits you accumulated on the app! (By the way, you usually cannot utilize more than 10% of your order credits towards any order). The app is a complete mess and harm to business and a waste of money!
