Zendrop ‑ Dropshipping & POD

Zendrop is great, the best out there. Great interface, fast shipping, good prices. If you have any problems with orders or anything like that, they help you imediatelly in like a couple of minutes you get connected to the support staff and they are always happy to help with anything.

Response Time for Help Desk - I had a question and the Zendrop help desk was there to answer my question in less than 2 min. In the days of bots and less live agents I was pretty impressed with the response time and answer that I received. I'm still working on dropshipping some products after the holiday so will see how long it takes for the products to arrive and will update this should the timeframe take longer than expected.

I’ve been helped by Ian their customer support for the last week and he has been nothing but communicative, exceptional and very caring to my situation so all in all I want to give them a 15 out of 10 and that’s being humble about it

It has great tools, but I think you should extend the free trial period to give new dropshippers the chance to start generating money before paying your monthly fee

zendrop is responsive, helpful, and have a great user friendly interface. i found it very easy to find the products that im looking for and if the dont have it, you can request that they import the product for you and they do so in a reasonable time.

The best customer service and have been using their app for my previous store. Easy to understand and not complicated. Reasonable price.

Had a problem with my billing and the support staff were quick to fix it and very professional about it. It was a pleasure chatting with the young Lady that helped me.

Really expensive wish the subscription was a little cheaper

I really like the fact that the reaction response time is always swift and that the company culture focuses on catering to the needs of customers. Besides, everybody seems so supportive and kind with the clients.
