I recently just started using their services and as I'm still waiting for an order to be processed and shipped I can't comment on their shipping abilities. What I can say is that their staff have always been helpful and have been able to answer all of my questions. Will need more time to see how they ship and feedback from my customer.

13 days shipping is good also I am not afraid that I may get scammed cause Zendrop ships themselves and if you upgrade the plan, you have a lot of advantages as well.

Zendrop also have many support videos to help guide you thru from start to finish so you can sell amazing products. The videos are great to use towards your advantage and for learning new tips.
