They are always there to help and their support team is really helpful for beginners who are totally green and wanna learn on the go, they answer questions that even make you feel dumb for asking but they would ask you to ask anything. As a newbie using zendrop it is easy to use for first timers and have everything you need to know.

I have been using this app for about 4 months now and I am happy with the products available. The biggest complaint from my customers is that the items arrive in very damaged packaging and in some cases items are missing in the packages. Zendrop staff is amazing in working with you to address concerns and has helped me through complaints. However, I do wish there was more QC on packages and items that are being sent to the customers. All in all a good experience but would love to see more effort in QC and packaging.

With products ready to sell as soon as you link your store and a highly respectful, caring and quick responding customer support staff at your service, it truly feels like a premium app that deserves a 100 out of a 5. Theres still a lot of issues that need to be fixed with their compatibility with tik tok, everyday seemed to be a new issue with tracking or shipping, have only had one tracking issue with shopify though. Just only use US based shipping if you plan to sell through tik tok
