Joining Zendrop has been one of the best decisions I've made. I love their products, and their customer service is excellent. Every time I've had an issue and needed to contact support, they've been able to help me. Their platform is also very easy to use.
I’ve just recently started using Zendrop. So far their customer service is outstanding. I am going to go through my store and map some more of my products to their platform if they continue to be less than their competitors. I was trying to find products at reduced prices and within minutes they found everything I needed. They saved me a lot of money.
Amazing service! Had an issue with a promotion I was offered, I contacted support and Karrie was extremely quick to get the issue resolved for me. The app is also super easy to navigate and offers a whole host more than other competitors 5/5!!

The service is friendly, making dropshipping with Zendrop feel like a family business. They genuinely care about my store and check in on me from time to time. I truly recommend using Zendrop it is easy and quick for all shipping and handling. They also have great training and the customer service is quick and easy as well.
